Too Much?
I love patterns and standing out, but i really don’t think that anyone can pull this 3.1 Phillip Lim look off (It reminds me of something Cruella Deville would wear). Even if you wear the pieces as separates it’s still has way too much giraffe going on. I would like to this pattern on a skirt or blouse, but definitely not on an entire outfit
H&M&Lanvin
November is going to be a busy month for retail giant H&M. They just releases their second advertisement for their collaboration with Lanvin. A short film about the collection of clothing, jewelry, handbags, sunglasses, footwear, and cosmetics will be posted November 2nd on H&M’s website. A fashion show will also be held on November 18 in New York. The collection will then finally be launched on November 23.
Dior Couture
While most of the collection was truly couture (meaning unwearable) seen in this picture, the fall 2010 Dior Couture line had several pieces that normal (but very fashionable) women would wear. This dress stays will the flower theme, but has a simpler asymmetrical hemline. The green bow slims the silhouette and confirms, yes, you are dressed as a flower. I also love how the color bleeds out from a deep purple to a royal blue. Overall this was my favorite look of the collection.
